In this episode we travel to that fascinating county at the north-east of the island of Ireland - County Antrim. We explore it's rich heritage and history as well as the most numerous surnames in the county.

We then go to the south-east of the county to the city of Belfast and again, explore it's rich history and heritage.

A "must-listen" if your Irish ancestor came from this beautiful and fascinating part of the island of Ireland.

We also have some wonderful Irish songs and music to help us along the way - all with an attachment to County Antrim and Belfast!

  • "The Green Glens of Antrim" performed by Paddy Reilly.
  • "Carrickfergus" performed by Brian Kennedy.
  • "My Lagan Love" performed by Lisa Hannigan and The Chieftains.
